Your hype girl bringing the heat 🔥
Hi, I’m Eleanor
I’m a self-taught generalist marketer of 2+ years who helps aspiring marketers work out what the heck they're doing - and how to bring their unique marketing identity into their work.
I believe that all great marketing needs to bring some heat
-
Marketing done well is an act of service. It's ethical, it's intentional, and it's built on helping people find what they're looking for, not just selling to them.
Your audience isn't a revenue target. They're people with real needs, and they can tell the difference between being helped and being sold to. If right now isn't the right fit for them, good marketing lets them walk away from the purchase.
Be honest. The moment marketing starts manufacturing desire or engineering decisions, it stops being marketing and starts being manipulation.
Heart is what keeps the work honest, even when there's pressure to cut corners.
-
Good marketing asks questions before it answers them.
What's working? What's not? What does the data actually say versus what we assumed it would?
Exploration is about staying curious instead of comfortable. Testing things, paying attention to what comes back, and letting that shape what you do next.
Not every experiment will land, and that's fine. The ones that don't still teach you something. The marketers who get stuck are usually the ones who stopped asking.
-
People are at the core of all of it. Their needs, their anxieties, where they spend their time, what drives them. If you don't understand who you're talking to, everything else will fall flat.
Understanding your audience isn't a one-off exercise you do in a workshop and forget about. It's ongoing. People change. Their lives change. What they need from you today might not be what they needed six months ago.
-
Creativity without structure is just chaos.
Technique is about how you execute.
It's knowing which platforms serve your goals, which tools actually make your life easier, and how to build systems that keep a campaign organised and moving, even when things get busy.
Pair heart and curiosity with the knowledge and structure to back it up, and that's when things actually start moving.
Every marketer brings the heat differently.
The framework is the same. Your fire is uniquely yours.
